Emma Mustill
Emma is an experienced employment solicitor who gives clear practical advice and solutions on a wide variety of non-contentious employment matters within the creative industries.
Emma aims to help clients achieve their end goals by helping them to achieve compliance by working with the law rather than using it as a bar to progress. She works closely with clients to minimise legal and commercial risk and find workable solutions to all aspects of employment related issues.
Emma has extensive experience of supporting employers with the full range of HR issues and helping them achieve their goals while considering risk, reputation and wider commercial factors within the film & TV, media and publishing industries.
After a degree in Law and Anthropology at SOAS, University of London, Emma took a Master of Laws from The Institute of Advanced Legal studies. She formerly worked for Lewis Silkin, Eversheds (City) & Foot Anstey. Aside from her work with Reviewed and Cleared, Emma runs a collection of holiday spaces by the sea in the far west of Cornwall.
