Natalie McEvoy
Natalie is a specialist media content lawyer and Solicitor Advocate (All Higher Courts) with close to 20 years' experience working in the media industry.
After training and qualifying into Commercial Litigation at Linklaters, Natalie gained experience working in several top-ranked Media Litigation teams, including Schillings, Withers and Mishcon de Reya. Her claimant clients included royalty, celebrities, entrepreneurs and some of the best-known corporate brands. Natalie's cases have spanned the full range of media litigation, including defamation claims, privacy injunctions, copyright actions, data protection breaches, piracy raids, advising on Ofcom and ICSTIS (now PSA) investigations and broad crisis and pre-crisis media management advice.
Natalie is delighted to concentrate on a move to the defendant side with R&C in 2024 and looks forward to applying her claimant insight to help content creators tell their stories. Natalie lives close to London and particularly enjoys recording podcasts and practising what Swedish she can recall from having briefly lived there for work.
