Paula Byrden
Paula is a veteran of the film and television production industry with more than 25 years’ experience. Prior to specialising in script and legal clearance Paula worked in a variety of roles in production and script development with Samson Films. She also worked on a freelance basis for many film and television productions based at Ireland's Ardmore Studios. Since 2012, Paula's work has focused on legal clearance. Prior to working in film and television production she worked as a freelance journalist in Dublin. She also spent a number of years working in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Paula holds a Diploma in Arts, Entertainment and Media Law (Incorporated Law Society of Ireland), a Degree in English and Art History (University College Dublin) and an MA in Journalism (University College Galway).
Paula is the founder and owner of Film and TV Clearance Ltd. Paula works with major international studios and producers including Lionsgate, FOX, AMC, Universal Studios, EON Productions, Sony Pictures, Showtime, Amazon, Netflix, BBC, ITV, RTE Television, Channel 4, Left Bank Pictures, Element Pictures, Virgin Media and Channel 5.
